Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days (India)

Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays or high demand.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.

Free shipping may be available on selected products or offers.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible products.

We reserve the right to confirm COD orders via call or message.

Fake or unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled.

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email.

You can track your order through the courier tracking link provided.

6. Delays & Liability

Zyvora is not responsible for:

Courier delays

Natural disasters

Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Unavailable recipient at time of delivery

7. Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)

If the order is returned due to:

Wrong address

Customer unavailable

Refusal to accept COD order

We reserve the right to:

Cancel future COD orders

Deduct shipping charges from refunds (if applicable)
